If you are not happy with a price you were given, you have the option to decline the offer or counteroffer, but to curse out one of our sales associates and then leave these type of reviews just because you can, is really a shame considering the negative impact bad reviews can have for an online business. Having been in business almost 20 years we do run into an occasional client that’s not happy with something, but this is the first time a person we have never done business with, hits us with a bad review everywhere just because he was not happy with a number he got offered on a couple of watches.

When we purchase watches, we purchase them with every intent to make a profit it’s no secret we also take into consideration cost of servicing and making the watch retail ready (polish new straps etc). We buy hundreds of watches a week, we made a reasonable offer on both watches the Omega we own at the price offered and gave a fair market value on the Panerai considering its age and sellability.
